The theme of the conference this year is transformation and cultural change: fact or fiction, with workshops being presented by professionals who have knowledge to share to help us manage today’s and tomorrow’s tribunals. In addition to the main conference program, there is also a “Master Class” on managing change creatively, designed to extend the knowledge of tribunal officers who are responsible for managing and delivering change initiatives.
