Refunds
By purchasing a membership via this site, you agree to the terms and conditions. COAT do not provide refunds on memberships.
If you purchase a publication, training course or conference ticket via this site, we do not provide refunds unless the publication is out of stock, the training course was cancelled, or conference was cancelled or your cancellation request was outside the stated cancellation policy on the conference booking form.
We will however consider all refund requests on their own merits and circumstances.
Memberships
Memberships open on 1 January in each year and expire on 31st December. Memberships may be paid in advance.
