Whitmore lecture – 12 October 2016, Sydney 5.30pm for 6pm
It is with pleasure that the Committee of the NSW Chapter of COAT announces that the tenth annual Whitmore lecture, titled “Judicial Review and the Shifting Sands of Legal Unreasonableness”, will be delivered by the Hon. Justice Margaret Beazley AO, President, NSW Court of Appeal.

The annual Whitmore lecture honours the outstanding Australian administrative lawyer, Professor Harry Whitmore’s contributions to administrative law as a scholar, teacher and law reformer.
