Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) APS6 Team Leader – Member Support Team, Brisbane

Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Team Leader – Member Support will provide leadership and direction to a dynamic team of member support staff, coordinating and managing workflows, coaching and motivating the team, developing strong stakeholder relationships and providing expert advice to stakeholders in relation to management of cases and caseloads.

This role is an important component of the Member Support leadership structure and supports the executive leaders to deliver high quality services. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in implementing change and building a culture of excellence.
