Remuneration: The annual salary for the position is EL2 $135,732 – $154,312 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.
The Director, Accessibility and User Centred Design leads a team responsible for designing and implementing improvements to the Tribunal’s processes to ensure they are user-focused and accessible. This includes collecting, analysing and responding to user feedback, including complaints, coordinating user-focused stakeholder engagement and community outreach, providing advice on complex accessibility matters, developing related policies, and collaborating on the design of digital services such as the Tribunal’s website.
In this role you will oversee the development and implementation of accessibility initiatives and strategies in line with the Tribunal’s statutory and other objectives, and work closely with other Directors, including the Director – Pathway Support and Director – Applications and Early Case Assessment, to ensure a consistent, high-quality and accessible service is provided to users. The role also leads a pilot program of First Nations Liaison Officers.
