We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible, and reliable people with a “can do” attitude and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced work environment within the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).

As part of our Registry Operations Branch, the Tribunal Officer role supports the operations of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and assists members and registrars of the AAT with the conduct of reviews, including preparations for hearings and alternative dispute resolution events.

Depending on the needs of the AAT, Tribunal Officers may work in one or more divisions and undertake functions that may include case management, case analysis, user engagement, and administrative assistance. Tribunal Officers work in teams that may be focussed on the work of one or more divisions, or parts of the review process, and work may be assigned by members, registrars, or other senior staff.
