The National Sports Tribunal is a dispute resolution mechanism established by the Australian Government to provide the sports sector with timely, transparent, cost-effective and consistent resolution of sport-related disputes – including anti-doping disputes – through private arbitration, mediation, conciliation or case appraisal.

The Government is seeking an outstanding, inspirational leader and experienced legal professional to lead the National Sports Tribunal, and the delivery of reliable, high quality arbitral decisions and other dispute resolution services – often in circumstances of significant public and media scrutiny.
