The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) is currently seeking applications for Tribunal Services Officers with positions available in our Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth CBD offices.
These positions are available primarily on a full-time ongoing basis.
Working under direction of the Team Leader, Tribunal Services Officers undertake case-related functions, provide administrative and hearing support to Tribunal members, and provide client service to AAT review parties within the Case Management, Member Support and Client Services sections of the AAT’s Registry Operations branch.
The successful candidates will have the ability to acquire and maintain a general working knowledge of the Tribunal’s functions, policies and procedures and apply this knowledge in undertaking case-related functions.
