The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) is seeking skilled Team Leaders to manage key operational teams within the Melbourne registry. Team Leaders are an important part of the registry leadership structure and will work as part of a collaborative and supportive leadership group.

Team Leaders manage and support staff in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, to provide high quality service to external users and internal stakeholders. In additional to having multiple direct reports for whom they have people management responsibilities, Team Leaders will utilise their expertise in AAT procedures and jurisdictions to manage complex matters and support junior staff.

The successful candidates will have strong skills in leadership, people and workload management, analysis and communication, and the ability to lead teams in a legal environment.

There are currently multiple ongoing positions available in the Melbourne registry.

Legal qualifications are highly desirable for one of the available positions, which will lead a team delivering member support functions.
