State Administrative Tribunal (WA) EOI Ordinary Members

The State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) is an independent body established under the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 (WA). It has a wide-ranging jurisdiction to make original decisions and to review administrative decisions made by WA Government Ministers, public officials, vocational regulatory bodies and local governments.

The SAT is seeking expressions of interest from persons who wish to be considered for appointment to fill four full-time Ordinary Member positions. Appointments are made by the Governor in Executive Council. It is anticipated that the successful applicants will be appointed for a period of five years.  All Members are eligible for reappointment. The Ordinary Member positions are full-time positions but subject to the needs of the Tribunal, consideration may be given to filling the positions by a combination of part-time appointments.
